Awesome experience from the moment we walked into the hotel They accommodated our earlier check in Extremely professional staff and clean and spacious rooms .. rooms equipped with tea kettle , complimentary water and coffee and tea ..great location I highly recommend this hotel

The hotel staff were polite but not all of the hotel receptions speak English well. The room was very clean with a nice view of beautiful masque in the walking distance. The breakfast was not bad the for 4-star hotel the location was good. The bus station was in front of the hotel. I suggest this hotel for the people who come to this city for Canada and USA VISA service.

The hotel was the best among 4 stars of Ankara . Clean, tranquil, well-located. the staff were welcoming and respectful especially Mr Emre who was accommodating and friendly and knew English very well.

This hotel is located in a relatively good spot, close to cafes and restaurants. Rooms were clean. Staffs were nice. Breakfast is very good and you can sit in relatively big lobby enjoying a tea or coffee from the bar. They also have a smoking area.

One of those businesses that employ bully "valet"s to appropriate public streets as private parking places. One threatened me to make me move my car from the street so that he could park a customer vehicle.

This hotel doesnt have iron in the room.bed cover and towels are old.if u need bottle of water ot tea bag have to wait till 2pm. Also,doesnt have IT room for copy or print,u have to do it out side of hotel.no body in the hotel knows english .just good point is the location ,its close to main street and local access to many cafe&resturants arount it.moreover,breakfas and resturant foods are delicious .
